Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor disabilities.
What we do

- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintain readable color contrast and scalable text.
- Support keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- Design layouts that work across phones, tablets, and desktops.
Accessible care
If you need an accommodation for a telehealth visit — such as extra appointment time, written summaries, large-print materials, or an interpreter — let us know when you schedule and we will arrange it whenever possible.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or video, may not fully meet our accessibility standard. We work with our vendors to improve these experiences and will provide the same information in another format on request.
